Learn the Logic Behind the Lift

Practical crane training for project teams who carry the risk

Explore Courses →

Crane activities carry serious consequences.

The accountability sits with the project team — whether they understand the lift or not.

Crane Class closes the gap between the risk project teams carry and the training they were never given.

69%

of construction professionals lack the crane knowledge required for their role.

The gap

A specialist contractor doesn't eliminate your responsibility.

Most project teams have a lift plan, a crane company they trust, and a process that looks compliant on paper. What they don't have is anyone who actually understands what's in front of them — the load chart, the rigging, the site constraints, the part where something doesn't add up.

Compliance and competency are not the same thing. Paperwork can exist without anyone in the room genuinely understanding the risk.

When a lift goes wrong, nobody asks whether the project team completed a course. They ask whether the right crane was selected, whether the plan was actually reviewed, and whether the people signing off understood what they were signing.

Hiring a crane company does not transfer that accountability. Crane Class exists to close the gap it leaves behind.
